RENTALS
​
The rental rate depends on the type of reservation. Special rates are granted to large groups. See the excel file at the bottom of this page above the lease title for rates and make your own cost estimate.

Any group reservation for the weekend includes the theatrical visit to the Kingdom of Heaven lasting approximately 3 hours. This visit is mandatory for all tenants and does not involve any additional costs to the rates indicated.

GROUPS
​
The minimum rental rate is $1000/day on weekdays for groups, $2000/weekend or $3000/weekend on weekends with statutory holidays. Arrival is at 6 p.m. and departure at 10 a.m. (allow for each additional hour a rate of $200/h for group reservations or $50/h for room reservations). For holidays, the arrival can be moved forward by one day or the departure delayed by one day according to the case preferred by the tenant and the availability. During high demand periods, i.e. the holidays, school break weeks and summer holidays, the minimum daily rate for group rentals is $2,000.

It is possible to combine, for the same group, a stay including overnight stays for certain individuals while overnight stays are not included for other individuals as long as the minimum rental rates are respected as well as the minimum pricing per room. Room cleaning fees will be added to the basic cleaning rate of $200. Rentals for stays of 5 days or more are exempt from the cleaning fee.

Taxes and other applicable fees are extra. Only one invoice/group. An additional 10% charge will be added for individual invoices.

OVERNIGHT STAY
​
The calculation of the daily rental costs is as follows:
· $200 per room in double occupancy;
· $75 per additional person;
There is no charge for infants who are not yet walking and sleeping in a bed provided by the parents. Provide a fee of $80/stay for cleaning. Applicable taxes are extra.

Unit rate room rentals give access to the living room and dining room. Access to the other rooms is possible according to the unit rate grid for overnight stays in each of the rooms.
Group rentals benefit from free access to the entertainment rooms, except for the recording studio and the music room, the costs of which are always separate. Group rental starts at a daily rate of $1000 for the first 10 people and $75 for each additional person. Cleaning fees and applicable taxes are extra. For very large groups, the rental rate is reduced to $60/person for each individual exceeding the minimum number of 36 people. The maximum capacity for a stay including overnight stays is 60 people. It should be noted that this number may be revised downwards according to the health policies in force at the time of rental.

STAY WITHOUT OVERNIGHT
​
The maximum capacity for a group stay without overnight stays (access to the living room, dining room, kitchen and entertainment rooms except specific rental rooms) is 80 people. It should be noted that this number may be revised downwards according to the health policies in force at the time of rental. The stay without overnight starts at a basic group rate of $1000/day to which is added a cleaning fee of $200/stay.

ENTERTAINMENT ROOMS

In the absence of a group rental, the entertainment rooms available with individual access shared with the other occupants are as follows:

ROOMS ACCESSIBLE FOR SPECIFIC RENTAL
​Some rooms have accessories that require support or special skills and are therefore not available for general rental. However, it is possible by paying the fees to rent these rooms.

Soundproof music room including electronic drums and keyboard (basis, guitars, microphones and amps extra) $50/h or $300/day

Recording studio with music room (technician extra) - $500/day

Mini-explorer with indoor climbing and sliding - $50/h (discount $10/h with the rental of the explorer room)

Puppet theater and toys - $25/door/stay (free access to the puppet theater with the rental of the pioneer room)

ORGANIZED ACTIVITIES

In order to brighten up your days when renting the chalet, you can participate in organized activities at a lower rate than the standard reservation. You must notify the person in charge of the desired activity and the time slot when booking. Note that the theatrical visit to the chalet is mandatory and free with a group rental for the weekend.

Theatrical visit of the chalet according to the theme (duration of approximately 3 hours): Visit to the Kingdom of Heaven - $30/person (minimum group of 10 people)

Treasure hunt in Fort Misapart (approximately 1 hour, children 12 and under only) - $20/child (minimum group of 6 children)

Role play with disguise - $30/participant (minimum group of 8 people - discount of $10/pers. with cowboy room rental)

Animation or accompaniment offered at a rate of $50/h

Additional cleaning fees may also be applied depending on the condition of the chalet following departure.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum deposit of $1000 is required when booking for a group. This is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least two months before the reservation date. It is refunded at 50% if the cancellation is made more than one month before the reservation date. The deposit is not refundable if the cancellation is made within one month of the reservation date. Full payment must be received 4 weeks before the start of the stay to hold the reservation.

ACCOMMODATION TAXES
Please note that the lodging tax is mandatory for any rental lasting 6 hours or more.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
​
A $100 security deposit is required with all room rentals. The amount is $500 for a group rental. The security deposit is returned in full in the absence of breakage and when all items are stored in their place.
