The scriptures describe Jesus as an apostle (Heb 13:1). The word apostle, or apostolos in Greek, means messenger or someone sent on a mission. Jesus left the Kingdom of Heaven to come to Earth to fulfill a mission in accordance with the will of his Father who sent him (Jn 20:21). If before our new birth we were of this world (Jn 8:23), all of us who are born again are no longer of this world but belong to another kingdom of which we are ambassadors (Jn 17:16; Eph 2:19 ; 2Co 5:20). As the Father sent Jesus, Jesus sends us into the world to make all nations his disciples (Mt 18:19; Jn 17:18). His instructions were not to go from house to house but to stay where we are received in order to transmit the message. It is following this approach that Misapart has developed its program in order to welcome those who are hungry and thirsty for God.
school of disciples
Discipleship school
The school of disciples responds to the Great Commission to bring the good news to the ends of the earth. Based on the teachings of Christ, the training focuses on discovering each individual's call to bear fruit for the Kingdom of Heaven.
The training relies on creativity to promote evangelistic activities focusing on the development of the strengths and talents of the participants. The resulting group synergy not only transforms the lives of disciples but also renews the approach to which the gospel is communicated in order to maximize the impact of the message using the cultural context without losing strength, brigthness or flavor.
Draw from the source
Go deeper scriptures with a new look, a new approach, a renewed intelligence. Take the glasses of the master or receive those of the disciple. Let the message penetrate, meditate on it and then transpose it in a practical way into your daily life. Be transformed by the depth of the scriptures and have a whole new look at the message of the
Master of the disciples (Ps 1:1-3; Ps 119:10-12).
To discover yourself
Who are you according to the scriptures?
What are your talents and specificities?
How do you use these for the benefit of the gospel?
Whether you are intellectual, administrator, manual or artistic, you all have a place to excel for the Kingdom (Mt 25:14-15). We are not called to work alone but in a team (Ro 12:5; 1Co 12:27). Take your place in the body of Christ and use your gifts to collectively advance the destiny-changing message! (1Jn 3:2)
Cultivate harmony
As believers, we are called to be instruments of peace by cultivating the gospel message. We are members of one body with different functions. We only shine if all find their place in the body of Christ. As one should take care of his body, so we should take care of each other (Eph 5:29-30). Christ must increase and I must decrease so that all the glory comes to God (Jn 3:30).
Answer the call
You are the light of the world. We do not hide the light but it must shine where it is in order to enlighten others. The message of Christ is always topical. However, the culture has changed and so we have to adapt our approach so that we are not a downfall but that by seeing our good works in the community, God can be glorified.
